Are Construction Sites Dangerous To Pedestrians?

If you walk around nearly any big Texas city, you'll likely see evidence of various construction projects. Truck collides with bridge killing young girl

An 18-wheeler collided with a bridge outside of Sealy, Texas, on Thursday, July 6, killing a young girl and injuring her mother. According to police reports, the truck crashed into an Old Highway 90 bridge, killing the young girl when debris from the bridge fell down onto Highway 36.
